HOW GOOD IS THE 95 850 GLT? 850

went to look at a 95 850 GLT with 126,000. this car has been the volvo garages courtesy vehicle. was drivin mostly by one older guy whos been driving this car since it had 80,000 on it. they just released it to sell. salesman tells me it has been meticulously maintained since it was the garages vehicle. this has a 5 cyl front drive and i have no knowledge as to its dependabilty or how much maintanance it will need. we have a 84 240 with 202,000 and wont part with it. need to have some input here as they are askin $5900 for this car. is it worth it? thanks for any input.
