master power window switch 850 1995

I had a problem with my passenger-side rear window. I would go down but not back up. I used some Denatured alcohol (purchased at Home Depot...95% alcohol ...so it quickly evaporates)and used an eye dropper and put several drops right on the switch and it then started to operate properly. I have owned the car for about 90,000 miles and have spilled different beverages over those switches in the past years. Try it, what do you have to loose?
