Low ground clearence problem V70-XC70 1998

I bought a XC70 a few months ago, and while I love the performance of the car, the amount of ground clearence on it is not adequate enough for me. Not that a station wagon should be high off the ground, but it would be nice to be able to drive over a curb in the haste of city driving and not having to worry about the undercarriage. So my question is, is there any way to lift the front end of the wagon fairly cheaply? I dont want to invest alot of money into it because of how problematic I have found the XC models to be. But if anyone has any ideas of solutions i would be very appreciative. Thanks
