engine sluggish after start. 850 1995

Any chance you started the car for about 10 seconds then turned it
off before this happened? Starting the car for a few seconds can
later cause it to run rough (it basically can flood). This is
called "Lawnmower syndrome." I've seen it a couple times on our
1995 855.

If thats not it I'd guess an electrical related component (plug wires,
distributer cap type of thing) or a leaking vacuum line somewhere.
