My guess is also the headlight wiper. Same problem with our '96. When my wife would take it through a car wash, they would get knocked out of the rest postion and make a loud buzzing sound. With the key on, I would move the wiper and let is cycle back to the rest postion. Finally, I just unpugged the wiper motors to quit dealing with it.
