Engine squeal in cold weather 850 1995

Have an issue with my '95 850. In cool weather (50F or colder) the engine squeals during moderate or hard acceleration and/or at the top of each gear. Does the fan belt need replacement? Would greatly appreaciate any help you guys can give me!
