price sounds a bit high... try to knock it down to 10k..


look for
1) worn suspension parts: shocks, springs, and their mounts...
2) ac.. but these usually go at 70k...
3) c if the tranny fluid's been flushed...
4) interior rattle... sunroof (closed, opened, and visor in all positions)... interior seems to rattle a bunch in my car..

big maintenance scheduled at 60k. timing belt change recommended at the 70k services... check the manual
