Flushing the A/T S40-V40 2000

I have a 2000 V40 that needs its trans flushed. Is there and easy method you guys have found to do this? Used to be a method of disconnecting one of the cooler hoses that we used on the old 240's. This Volvo has never been in a shop and I don want to start now with that kind abuse. Thanx in advance
