Driver's seat fold down C70

Is the the seat back stuck in the forward position making
it impossible to drive? Like this /_

If so this happened to my passenger side. Had to have the dealer
repair the seat back cable.

If it's stuck I would try to giggle the seat back lever and seat
at the same time. Maybe you can dislodge the locking mechanism.
