Door Panel/Shoulder Belt Buckle Damage S70

Does anyone have experience with S70 end of lease inspections? Both front door panel edges are cut due to shoulder belt buckles when they have not retracted and the doors have been closed. This seems to be a Volvo problem not owner problem. Just curious if anyone has had this listed as damage on an end of lease inspection.
