rough idle...but only when cold S70

When I start my s70 in the morning, the idle is rough, but just until it warms up, never stalls. I have noticed I have to drive at least 15 minutes for the temp gauge to get to mid point. I doubt these two facts are related but need advice. Also slow to heat.

1. Is the bad idle related to a possible bad mass flow sensor..I got a trouble code of P0102?
2. Is my thermostat going bad? Got 144,000 miles with plenty more desired. Thanks for any advice.
