Cabin Odor 850

I might be crazy but I think that my car has developed a strange odor since I had the AC worked on. It seems that I remember the smell starting around the time I had the work done. Now several months later it almost takes your breath away. It is not a bad smell and it usually fades within a few moments of driving/air circulation. It kind of reminds me of when you change the bag on a vacuum and some of the dust escapes. Is this something I should confront the dealer about or attend to on my own? I was thinking that maybe some drain holes were clogged and the water is collecting somewhere in the HVAC unit. Thanks for your help in advance.
