Excessive Oil Consumption 850 1995

I have had 850 10 valve since new 1995 and it has never needed a drop of oil between services. After replacement of air conditioning evaporator at about 145000klms thought dealer/repairer had drained oil and not replenished? However, it now seems to sip oil at about 1 litre every 2000-3000klms?
