2000 S70 XC (CEL came on after simple oil change) V70-XC70 2000

I recently went to Jiffy Lube (HUGE MISTAKE)....for a simple oil change. They changed the oil and mentioned that the fuel filter needed changing. So I said how much? It wasn't that much so I said ok....(First time Volvo owner here). After having taken the fuel filter out, they told me that they infact did not have the right filter for my car. So, I told them to forget it. The car seemed to make a weird noise (Turbo). Luckily I went to the dealer to say that the Turbo was making a strange noise and they are going to fix it or have it looked at. Then my wife took the car to the grocery store and the CEL came on. It has been on ever since. ANY HELP HERE PLEASE!
