I would say no. Even with spacer it isnt recogmented.
You would have to check your bolt paper too. whether is 4 or 5 and how many mm are between each lug. I think 850s are 108mm
Also the 740 is RWD rim which is different from FWD. Its determined by the wheel offset. FWD is more flush to the outside of the wheel and RWD wheels are more to the 3/4. Dont quote me on this but I went through it many moons ago.
