Nokian winter tires 850 1995

Hi,
Winter`s here & I`m considering replacing my Toyo winter tires. Has anyone had experience with the Nokian WR series tires? I was at my dealer today & he recommended them. They are "pitched" as a great winter tire as well as being
a good year round tire. I`m aware of the Nokia quality but at the same time I`m skeptical of the claim that an all season tire can be a good winter tire.
Feedback would be appreciated.
