at 90k...most likely, the shocks and struts are shot...as are the strut/shock/spring mounts. replace these with new oem and it should be fine... also, keep either 15" or 16" tires...and maintain good air pressure...

some have reported good results with stock springs, bilstein hd...it felt fine for me when i had 16" and stock springs and bilstein hd... was ok with that and 17"...it got bad when i went with lowering springs + 17"

the car is generally just not that good in absorbing the initial impacts to take off the harsh edge...
