Satellite Radio V70-XC70 2002

I'm considering installing an aftermarket satellite radio in my '02 V70 T5 with factory-installed Nav system. Unfortunately, my usual source for info on car electronics installs (Crutchfield) has no info for late model V70s. I don't want to use a cassette connection. Has anyone installed XM or Sirius? If you used an FM modulator to get the signal from the satellite rcvr to the car's system, how does it sound? Can you mount the sat rcvr and FM modulator in the rear of the car or does it have to be close to the car's FM radio (on my previous Volvo s/w, the antenna was in the left rear window; I can't remember if the 02 has it in the same place or in the windshield)? Does the factory system have aux inputs, and if so, how hard are they to get to? Any other comments/advice on installing satellite radio would be appreciated.
