1997 850 GLT almost out of warranty.... what should I get fixed? 850 1997

My car has 145000K on it and the extended warranty is almost up. I have recently had the front control arms on the suspension replaced, but don't want to miss something and then have to shell out $$ after the warranty is up. Anything I should look for? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
