Need Dealer Representative Help on 17' Brake Upgrade Kit. C70

Hi Folks,

Has anyone out there purchased and/or installed the upgrade 17" brake kit for their or someone elses C70? If so, can you tell me where you bought the parts from?

I contacted my local dealer this afternoon and got the parts listing, but ran into some problems when I went to order it. When I asked them to order it, they got an error message saying that the kit was no longer available, but volvo still offers a price for it.

So does this mean that volvo no longer offers the kit or it is only sold in pieces now?

Anyone with volvo dealer connections or works for a dealer please give me your feedback. The part number for the kit is #3524469. The catalog description is "Service Kit 17" for 1997 s70/c70/v70/xc70 SER 51 wheel brake".
