Where is the physical location of the oxygen sensor? 850 1994

I recently had this problem with the Check Engine light, code 1-1-3, trim fuel, O2 sensor wiring fault.

I went to a dealer, and was told that the cost of parts and labor for an oxygen sensor would be $350. I am hurting already. I am wondering if there is a way that I can replace the oxygen sensor myself.

What does "wiring fault" mean? The dealer's mechanic didn't explain; just told me the sensor needed to be replaced. The mechanic also told me that I needed to change the MAF (Mass Air Filter); that would be an additional $350.

Could someone help me locate that darn sensor, and point me a way to replace it myself? I did some research on the Internet and located the MAF, which looks rather easy to replace (I'll attempt to do that myself, and save $200 on the labor cost---looks like a 5-minute job).
