S70 Wind Noise S70

I'm contending with significant wind noise coming off the top of the windshield on my '00 S70. Most notable at speeds in excess of 55 mph. Just came to my attention given a new set of tires were put on the car and the radio was off. I checked the NHTSA site for TSBs, etc. and came up empty. The car just came off original factory warranty and is into the certified extended warranty. Are electrical tape and/or new weatherstriping my primary options? Thanks in advance.
