Warning Lamp and Message S80 1999

I just bought a '99 S80 T6. I drove it home for quite a long distance on the interstate with no problems. Once I got to the city, and came to my first red light, a warning message appeared:
Engine Systems-Fix Next Service
Once I got home, I turned off the car, and turned it back on and the message and the light went away. Anyone have any clues what could cause this? The Check Engine light has not come on, but should I still be concerned?

Also, I have a strange problem at idle. The car "hunts" up and down and doesn't idle smoothly. I know this is a common problem with the throttle module, but the throttle module was changed on this car while it was under warranty. What are the chances of the same module going out twice in 57,000 miles? Also, the lights (interier and exterior) dim and flash faintly as the car's idle fluctuates. Any ideas? I know this is alot in one message, so I appreciate any help you guys can give me.

Thanks,

Marcus
