PSM memory issue? S80

Thanks for the info Frank,appreciate it....I am in Malaysia and I am pulling my hair out as the seat never remembers the settings...I have trawled though all the info available here and followed advice...the longest I have gone where it does remember is 3 days!Its a pain in the ass when you go to the dealer or get the car washed and the seat is in a different position,press the memory 1,2.or 3 button and it does nothing..I have tried both remotes and the same problem...the dealer here knows nothing about such an issue,however,one volvo user here tells me that some YR2000 models did suffer a PSM problem.Thanks again:)
