Surging Idle/Stumbling Acceleration Codes 511 and 113 850 1994

My non-turbo 94 855 with 200K miles and a known really bad PNP switch (haven't gotten to it yet!) has been running very rough with a surging idle and hesitation/stumbling on acceleration. It has been setting codes 511 and 113 in A2 (as well as 313 in A1 for the PNP!). Have tried replacing fuel filter, cleaning throttle, replacing vaccum lines, using fuel injector cleaner, which have improved situation bu t not fixed it- (at least it doesn't die at every stop sign now!)

I understand one of these codes is for too rich a mixture and the other for too lean ??? Any ideas apprciated!!! Car does seem to be running lean as it has been getting better than usual gas mileage. Many Thanks!
