I WENT THROUGH THIS TO SOME DEGREE WITH A VW. YOU HOLD THE BALL SO TO SPEAK. CHECK WITH YOUR STATES LEMON LAWS AND SEE WHAT IT SAYS IN RELATION TO USED CARS. ALSO READ OVER THE CONTRACT FOR THE CAR YOU HAVE NOW. IF THEY ARE WILL ING TO FIND YOU A CAR TO REPLACE IT THATS GREAT BUT DO NOT!!! LET THEM TACK ON CHARGES IE. CERTIFYING, TRANSPORTATION OF THE FOUND CAR ECT. IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU GOT THE BAD ONE OUT OF A 1000. GET RID OF IT. YOU WILL ALWAYS BE WAITING FOR SOMETHING TO GO WRONG WITH IT EVEN IF NOTHING EVER GOES WRONG AGAIN. GOOD LUCK AND POST WHAT ENDS UP HAPPENING
