all 5-lug volvos are 5x108 pattern. offsets are what may be different...but all fwd are similar around 35~45 mm... the new s60r/v70r have even higher offset to clear the large brembo calipers. but all 5-lug volvo rims u see from 94+ should fit ur car no prob.


what u may wanna look is in ur manual...it should suggest what winter tire size to use. ur 17" are on 235 rubber...going to 215 is already quite a bit smaller...205 should fit as well. if u r worried about traction....just get snow tires that are more for ice & snow grip than those like the pilot alpin and snowsport that also enphasize dry grip
