Rumble grumble V70-XC70 2000

I tried this diagnosis on my wifes car that is making the same type of noise. The noise gets louder when turning right. So I would suspect the left bearing. Any idea what a typical garage will charge? Is it usually major labor to work on. Also, what is usually happens long term if we ignore for a few weeks?? Does it take other parts with it?

Thanks,
Ski
