First oil change S80

Go to Etoolcart.com for the propert tool for $19.99. The only other hope of getting it off without damage is a strap wrench from autozone that has a 2 inch wide band of nylon attached to about a 6 inch 1/2in tube of steel. I had to go out and buy one of these on my first oil change.http://www.etoolcart.com/product.asp?3=1877

Go to http://www.volvopartsdirect.com/getspecials.epc for the oil filter special for $4.49 a filter they also have the alluminum crush ring for the drain plug for $.14 each (order over $40 and no ship or state sales tax). I ordered a case of 10 and they shipped me MANN filters which is a high grade filter. This is a great price for your future filter needs. I also prefill my filter housing after I install the new oring (Oil the oring so it will slide and not bunch up and leak) and filter with oil to avoid "dry start". See this site for pictures of the oil change http://www.seawinds.ws/volvo/s80_oil_change.htm
