CD CHANGER HELP!!! 850

i've got hold of a alpine chm-s620 cd changer that i want to fit to my '98 s70r (sc-900 head unit) which already has the wiring to fit the changer in place.

but i've had a a look at the wires that run to the boot and they do not match the ones on the changer!!!

does this mean only a volvo changer can be fitted or can i buy an adapter that will do the trick???

any ideas cheers
