External audio source to stock stereo S70

Howdy all,

Just got an ipod and plan on using it in my volvo.

Was wondering if there are any other alternatives beside using an FM modulator and cassette adapter?

If there isn't is there any brand/model modulator recommended or preferred? Also, will I need an antenne adapter for my stock unit?
