98 S70 T5M Timing belt replacement S70

I coming up-to 70 k miles on my 98 S 70. It has the newer timing belt and tensioner, question is do I wait till 105 K to replace both or should I have the belt done now?? What is the consensus on this issue? I am aware that the late model like mine has the mechanical tensioner and is to be replaced with the belt at 105 K. So even though my book says 70 K, wait till 105 K miles??

Thanks,
