850 milage/octane

hello,
I have a 96 850 glt and love it. I've recently been paying more attention to my fuel milage. I've added the "tornado" fuel saver and it did help a bit in the performance (mainly getting on highway and upper rpm situations). I seem to be averaging 15 MPG (about 150 miles to 1/2 tank) I do alot of highway driving that is normally at or above 70mph. My commute to the highway is about 10 miles (stop and go) and once on the highway about another 15-20 miles. I have been running 91-93 octane (is this too high?) I have allways been consistent with oil changes and recently changed plugs (propperly gapped), air filter, added the tornado fuel saver, checked tire psi and run a bottle of STP in the tank once. I've had the car for about 6k mi and it has about 134k on it. Any idea's?
