$1428.25 for the 154,000 mile maintenance service, not bad 850

I have just had a COMPLETE 154,000 mile maintenace done on my 850. I consider the cost of $1428.25 NOT bad at all:-

Removed and cleaned EGR assembly
Fuel induction cleaning (including cleaning the throttle body)
BG44K in fuel tank

Replaced the following:-
Timing belt
Drive belt
Air filter
Fuel filter
Distributor cap
Rotor
Spark plug wires
Spark plugs
Brake fluid
Power steering fluid
Transmission fluid
Oil and filter
Coolant
PCV nipple
Antenna mast
Top engine mount with bracket

I might also add, at 140,000 miles I had all the brakes done and bought four tires at the same time; so the tires and the brakes are still in good shapes.

Having all of the above done and installed in my 850, which has always been kept up to date with routine maintenance, is definitely better than any used car for $1428.25

The mechanic steam-cleaned the engine compartment and washed my car to show his gratitude. I like that.
