1998 V70 - at what mileage should you sell V70-XC70

I have a 98 V70 with 125,000 Km (78K Miles). I am considering moving to a late model Honda or Toyota minivan within the next 12-18 mths. (I know I can't believe it myself, but with three kids the wagon is getting a little tight on long trips even with the third seat)

I would appreciate your collective thoughts on when one should consider selling a 98 V70 in any event. That is, at what mileage does it become a maintainence burden. I had a few Mazdas prior to the Volvo and between 160 and 200 Km you were into a number of major items. After three Mazdas, I came to the conclusion you should unload them at 160 Km (100K Miles) unless you were planning to keep it for at least another 100 KM owing to the expected maintainence issues shortly after 160Km.
