Surging Idle/Stumbling Acceleration Codes 511 and 113 850 1994

I did a test on an o2 sensor by using a secondary 02 not installed into the exhaust. The car was running lean or cold. The ecu was fooled into thinking the car was cold since the sensor never got the heated signal.
Maybe check your o2 sensor connections to see if they are correct.
I didnt get any CE light during the test but the car did end up getting poor mileage during the test which was 1 day. I only did this test because the new sensor i purchased keeps getting missing input signal.
