Scared about engine on my 850 850 1997

When I crank my car after it has sat idle for a few hours, it moans really low and vibrates forcefully. It seems to level off after a seconds, maybe 20 seconds or so. Is this normal for a '97 850 with 106,000 miles, or is my engine sending me a warning that dark days are ahead? I need some advice about what could be wrong. Thanks....

Oxford, MS
