Scared about engine on my 850 850 1997

Thanks for the advice. I have another question that maybe you can answer when you get a chance (I don't want to bug you too much). I bought my '97 850 from Pat Patterson Volvo in Memphis and it had 72,000 on it at the time (Apr 2002). It now has 106,000 miles, but I haven't had any work done on it besides routine oil changes. If it were you, what maintenance would you immediately have done on this car at 106k? What should my priorities be besides what you've already mentioned for the vibrations? Also: would you trust Pat Patterson's service department to give me honest evaluations and affordable service? Thanks.
