Possible 850 Turbo Wagon Purchase 850

Here in Town there is a 95 850turbo for sale. It has around 98,000 miles, is very straight, leather looks fairly good given the age. They are asking $9700 for it (which seems a little high for Montana). Are there areas of concern I should be looking at with this car? I don't know much about the longevity of the 5 cylinder, what's a reasonable expectation for lifespan if properly maintained?
