u need a better dealer to start with, damage would only be occuring if u felt it slipping however there is really no way to tell for sure.
i am a master tech at a dealer and my opinion is dealer service is the best but there will always be bad employees unfortunately.
i admire you for being one of the few who think of trans. fluid also feel sorry that happened to you as a result.
most likely your trans is fine
