Perhaps not everyone at that dealer is NG? Unfortunately, almost every dealer AND independant auto shop has at least one new guy and/or "shop idiot" who can't seem to fix anything correctly and can ONLY do 30K services and brake jobs w/o a major catastrophy.

IMHO, people like those (the shop idiot) simply shouldn't be working on cars BUT when a place needs a new body, those guys usually show up at the door and if they're marginally alive, breathing they're in.

What can customers do? Ask that a qualified master tech ONLY works on your car. People can do that and some often do. That way, the odds that the car will be repaired correctly is far better.
