Warranty Information Notice S40-V40

I have a 2000 S40 and I received a postcard in the mail yesterday from Warranty Information Services in Fort Lauderdale, FL. It gives an 8090 number to call for "important vehicle warranty information." Has anyone else receive one of these? I haven't received anything from Volvo regarding my warranty. Is possible that this company knows that my original Volvo warranty is up soon and they want to sell me an extended warranty?
