Steering pulls-95 850TW 850 1995

I have a 95 850TW with 72k on it. Lately I've noticed that the steering pulls left or right with the slightest pavement imperfections(esp. at speeds < 45m.p.h), but drives and steers fine on perfect pavement. The tire pressures are correct, all lugs are tight, no ball joint play, very,very small amount of tie rod end play, and the tires seem to be wearing evenly. What do you guys think??
