Difficult? No, but time consuming. The entire dash top has to be removed to allow the instrument panel to come forward. You then access the bulbs from behind. Typically all the bulbs are replaced at this time and are sold as a kit. To remove the dash top, you will find screws on the top of the instrument panel, under the speaker grills (pop off) and behind some vents....
