Non-continuous monitors OBD-2 850 1997

I reset the DTC's on my GLT after replacing the air pump and SAS check valve about 10 days ago. I went through Volvo's procedure (I think I did it right!) for setting all the non-continuous monitors.

I checked the status yesterday and found that none of the noncon monitors has functioned. Assuming I did the Volvo procedure correctly, is there anything else I missed or need to do? I am using the software from OBD-2.com if that helps.

Thanks in advance for any ideas or suggestions.
