Emission System Service Needed S80 1999

I too have a 99 S80 that I just purchased from a Lexus dealership this week. It is in perfect condition with 39K. The day after purchase I had driven 50 miles and I got the same warning. I was on a business trip and after making some calls was informed it would be safe to continue as long as the performance was not suffering. I was also told to check the gas cap and make sure it was on tight. After traveling 350 more miles, I stopped to re-fuel and pressed the message button and the message cleared. I returned home and the warning did not re-appear. I returned it to the dealer to fix. It was fine for about 150 miles and now the same warning and check engine light is on. Does this sound like the same issue as Leli001 is having?
