Headlight Lense 850 1997

I wouldn't even use the stock DOT lens anyway. I'd go with the E-code lens from FCPGroton.com and get the improved headlight beam and range. But anyway, yes you have to remove the trim piece just below the headlight. Remove the grill and you'll see another clip hiding down there on the inner side. Use a long skinny screwdriver to pry them off. Use the same long skinny screwdriver to pry the clips off around the lens. You should get new clips and gasket with the new lens. Don't try to clean the reflector when you get the old lens off. If its dirty just blow it off but don't use any detergent or Windex type cleaner on the reflector or you'll ruin it's surface. Good luck.
