S80 SRS Light problem.....radio/climate unit unplugged? S80

I removed the fuse number 7 (SRS related one) for about 20 minutes. When I started the engine, the SRS light still showed up. Besides, I heard a fan sound coming from the back of the car. It can be heard when the car is started from cold. Never had it before.
Anyways, I have no option of trying another dealer, as I am now working in Saudi Arabia where there is only one dealer.
I suspect the problem would be related with "seat belt buckle" of passenger side. The belt looks kind of twisted. I never touched radio/climate unit.
I'll visit the dealer next week, with all of you guys wrote in mind, and try to get a better inspection.
Thanks
