Check Engine Light - Diagnostic Codes - P1174 V70-XC70 2000

My check engine Light on my 2000 Volvo XC comes is on. The non Volvo shop diagnosis via computer indicates the code is P1174. They are referring to a current Volvo maintenance manual and can not find this code, i.e., They see a sequence of codes to P1173 and then the manual skips to P1176.

Does any know what P1174 relates to? My guess is that it might be the emission system and possibly the catalytic converter. My car has 76,000 miles and the warrant on the converter ends at 80,000 miles.
