Tranny Won't Shift Into Drive or Reverse S40-V40

I don't think the synthetic flush did anything wrong.

You spun the tires on wet pavement through first and second gear, which I figure redlined the tach. I am going out on a limb here, but, similar to the rules of driving on hard pack snow and ice, which I have heard from many mechanics, which say "do not rev the engine at high rpm's and spin the tires because it is extremely hard on the transmission", you essentially did the same thing here. My guess...I am willing to bet you messed up the transmission. I hope I am wrong.
